I am currently managing a portfolio of around 1900 units in London, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. My current portfolio has a total service charge budget of £2m. My portfolio ranges from small self contained blocks to large developments with a variety of M&E equipment and client types (RMC, RTM, RA Freeholder etc). I have experience with converted historic buildings and new build developments. Prior to my current portfolio I have managed 2 difference and challenging acquisition portfolios. One was 25 medium sized properties on the Surrey area, and the other was 45 smaller blocks in Sheffield - this was managed remotely from our head offices in Hemel Hempstead. I changed to a more complex portfolio in 2017 to gain wider experience in aspects of property management and to increase my skill sets with larger complex developments. With each new development I have taken on, I have learnt more about property management and all aspects of the industry. I am keen to progress in the future within this exciting industry. Show less
