During my internship, I used lean and six sigma tools to analyse current operations and target problem areas. I worked with different departments to collect and analyse operations data, creating a value streaming map and measuring the Overall Equipment Efficiency of operations. I used AutoCAD to generate layout concepts that allowed the addition of equipment to increase capacity on site.
