  Chaired a 12-person committee to organise and deliver a 40-event festival promoting music by female and non-binary composers in Cambridge. Created a positive impact in Cambridge: there has been a noticeable increase in the performance of music by female and non-binary composers since the festival began in 2019. I led the rebrand of the festival from 'Cambridge Female Composers Festival' and ensured that our image remained successful and coherent. I also ran the social media accounts for the festival.
