This job involves tutoring a variety of subjects, primarily early literacy skills. I really enjoy this work, as it allows me to work with students and their families in achieving students' maximum potential. While working in this role I have learned to communicate with parents, workplace staff and children of a variety of ages. I am also required to design goals for students alongside senior staff and families, and then implement learning activities which facilitate the achievement of these goals. Show less
