• I conducted, compiled and translated research in order to produce high-quality company analysis’ that were readable to our audiences, with the aim of supporting non-Japanese residents with their job-hunting in Tokyo. • This included interviewing Tokyo residents to explore their experiences job-hunting as non-Japanese citizens, including how they managed to enter their chosen sector. • My biggest achievement in this position was securing an interview with the Head Recruiter of one of the biggest digital art companies in Japan- teamLab • This was such a big step that the CEO of SPeak accompanied me to the interview and managed to negotiate a business deal with the company.
