My role is divided in two parts. The first is working on the communicable disease team doing the follow up for reportable conditions in Gallatin County. I am primarily responsible for the STIs but assist as needed. I help patients connect to care, notify contacts, and provide education to positive patients. The other part of my role is education and out reach. I work to distribute condoms, sexual health products, educational materials, and narcan throughout the community.
