Boardmatch is the only Irish charity that specialises in helping people from all sectors become new leaders in communities nationwide by becoming Charity Trustees. Through our online matching website, we facilitate the matching of people and Not-For-Profit board vacancies, through skills, location, and a charity's focus.I currently oversee all marketing and communications for Boardmatch Ireland. This includes managing our Matching Website and liaising with registering candidates and organisations. I also manage our training services, and oversee all enquiries, bookings, and registrations. This included managing the process of CPD certifying our training with The Certification Service, enabling Boardmatch to be the only not-for-profit offering CPD approved roles & responsibilities of trustees training.

The Australian HR Institute (AHRI) is the national association representing human resource and people management professionals. We have around 20,000 members from Australia and across the globe. AHRI sets the professional standard for HR in Australia through HR certification; provides formal education and training services in HR, people management and business skills; produces world-class conferences; and holds seminars and networking opportunities all over Australia. As part of the Membership Team I focused on member retention rates and seeking new members. This involved daily contact with customers, assisting them with general inquiries, and discussing the membership options and benefits. My role included processing payments, administration and monitoring the success of prospect members and opportunities.
