Hannah is an outstanding leader, she single handily built up the English Language Learning Department in our school. Not only did she manage a large team, but she worked directly with students and built strong relationship with them. Hannah designed and delivered whole school professional development and created protocols and policies that were effectively used by all. She is a wonderfully supportive person who works hard to bring the best out of everyone she comes in contact with.

Hannah was a great team leader and managed our team efficiently and successfully. She took our new department in a new school from nothing to a department that was a pleasure to be part of and highly regarded amongst other Gems schools where more experienced ELL departments came to us for advise. Hannah gave me the confidence to grow as a teacher with praise, constructive feedback and encouragement without ever making me feel micro managed, which I loved. I couldn’t recommend Hannah highly enough for her level of expertise in all ELL related topics, her management style and most importantly her care and love of all the students she was responsible for as well as her team.
