  Criticaleye is the peer-to-peer Board Community for senior executives (and non-executives). Criticaleye connects leaders across industry sectors, business functions and geographical locations and provide them with a safe space to resolve business issues through debate and discussion. I was the Development Manager for Criticaleye Asia, supporting the growth and expansion of the business in the region. As the company continued to grow, with Members in Hong Kong, Singapore and mainland China, my responsibilities included developing relationships with new individuals and companies, coordinating the meetings and events to bring the existing Members together and supporting the general management of Criticaleye in Asia Pacific.
