As Executive Director for the organization, I manage a team of six directors, 21 staff members, 60 students, and over 50 short-term volunteers each year. Collectively, we ensure support for 8 academic, staff, student, and graduate support programs. I am also responsible for tracking and managing our annual budget. Key Contributions: • Developed and implemented dynamic teacher preparation, support, and development plan resulting in a 200% increase in teacher retention. • Spearheaded 11 graduate regional-leadership groups, increasing staffing to ensure graduate networks receive the support they need to accomplish organizational mission. • Provided hands on leadership and direction to organizational staff and volunteers. • Designed and implemented four annual fundraising campaigns, building teams to support marketing, new donor cultivation, and donor-retention. • Doubled student capacity on campus in 2 years from 30 to 60 residential students, overseeing and managing increase in buildings, facilities, programs, and staffing to support increased student need. • Achieved a greater than 95% increase in gross annual revenue from 2019 to 2022.
