  The Mill is a co-working space designed to foster an environment for start-up businesses and the community to be able to interact. Tasks included developing and implementing community programs, specifically for the Boys and Girls Club and former convicts, to learn marketing and advertising schemes alongside the creation of unique business concepts. As a result of my work, over 50% of the former convicts entered into meaningful employment.
