My role as a Live Well Stay Well Coach involves handling GP, Health Professional and self referrals for the people of Buckinghamshire. I use the companies Get Healthy software to assess the clients lifestyle risk factors which ultimately results in the most appropriate referrals for the client. I also use a combination of motivational interviewing, goal setting and behaviour change techniques to support the clients to make long term changes to their lifestyles. Additionally I work within a specialist team to provide advice on adult and child weight management, smoking cessation, physical activity and NHS Health Checks.

I am in charge of planning, directing and managing activity camps in the school holidays. The holiday camps involve a variety of components ranging from trampolining and sporting activities to arts and crafts. The role also involves managing toddler, group and corporate events. I am also responsible for running a range of trampoline based fitness classes aimed at the general public and the corporate industry. As an addition to being head of activities and fitness, I am also a Duty Manager where I am responsible for members of staff on shift in a number of different areas in the trampoline park such as the courts, front of house and the cafe. I am relied upon to ensure the building runs smoothly, to ensure customers are enjoying their visit as well as resolving any issues that may need approaching.

I was part of a team of coaches whose main aim was to develop and prepare young children between the ages of 4-10 to compete at a regional and national level in Trampolining.
