Rosie Duffy
Hannah was onboard with AMARA when I joined the company 3 years ago and I worked with her every single day, she was my right hand woman in Customer Care, together we worked to grow the department in line with the growth of the business. Hannah has an incredible dedication to the job at hand, she is very focused, very organised and process driven and is really good at balancing the needs of the customer with the needs of the business. Hannah is a wonderful team player - she rolls her sleeves up 'to get the job done' and will motivate people around to the same. No matter what gets thrown at her on a day to day basis she remains level headed and very calm under pressure. She wrote, maintained and delivered the Customer Care induction training package to all members of our Customer Care department and always received wonderful feedback from her trainees who had been through the induction programme - about how knowledgeable she was; how good she was at imparting that knowledge onto others and how supportive she was. I don't think I have ever worked with anyone who has had a stronger work ethic in Hannah, she is loyal and dedicated and any organisation would be lucky to have her on board.
