  My job as Director of Member Services encompasses billing, customer service, and management fulfillment. I post billing bi-monthly, audit membership contracts, process refund requests, medical holds, and cancellations. I handle various projects assigned by management. I gain much satisfaction when tasked with spearheading and completing a complex, time-consuming, detail oriented project. Remaining solution oriented, holding a vision of the desired outcome while listening to and incorporating the needs and suggestions of my coworkers is a talent and strength I possess. I am valued and appreciated by our members for helping them understand and reconcile issues with their accounts. I provide membership, aging, and deferred revenue reports to the sales team, the Controller, the General Managers, and the CFO. I supervise one full-time assistant. Show less
