I worked on several HR projects with Hanna from my position in Corporate Brand, but she also helped me as an employee in her duties as an HR generalist. She is one of those rare HR gems who, from an employee perspective, has all of her ducks in a row, who goes the extra mile in terms of honing her communication around (somewhat boring) HR and benefit subjects to make them understandable for the layperson, and who genuinely cares about her coworkers. On the projects we collaborated on she was quick to provide feedback and easy to work with to determine a reasonable scope. While her HR expertise and job skills are obviously a strong suit, two of her most exceptionable qualities is her warmth and approachability. She would be a tremendous asset to any HR team if just for this alone, but she brings even more to the table.

Hanna joined my team to fill a temporary need due to multiple team members going on leave. Hanna has done an outstanding job fitting into the team and helping keep things afloat while we are short-staffed. She is a great team player, but also very comfortable working independently. I have been able to pass along various projects in different stages and she has successfully completed all of them. Hanna is knowledgeable about many aspects of HR, from payroll, employee relations, to labor laws and benefits. She is also very comfortable learning new skills and can be trusted to complete her work thoroughly and on time. I am grateful to have Hanna on my team and wish I had a permanent role to offer her!
