We created the first communication strategy for LTKY, managed and developed the media platform Alive and we were mainly responsible for the contracts with our co-operative companies. Olkiluoto nuclear power plants (OL1 & OL2) During the revisions and summer holidays I was responsible for operating and controlling the waste water treatment processes. My job was to ensure that no radiating material ends up in the disposable waste water. During my three summers internship I got a great chance to learn how nuclear power plants, or power plants in general work. I was also responsible for the supervision of the interim storage of used fuel (KPA) and operational waste repository (VLJ). Casino game dealer. Working with casino games in restaurants and night clubs is definitely one of the toughest ways to learn customer service. Every shift was excitingly different and full of challenge but also laughter and it was one of the most memorable times of my life. I was responsible for dealing the game, money flow and accounting. I learned how to work with all kinds of people, how to handle stressful situations and work independently. I gained a lot of great feedback about customer service and got full points both two times from mystery shoppers. I was also part of RAYs marketing team Noppa for a few months.
