o Implemented lean manufacturing tools such as Single Minute Exchange of Die to reduce changeover time from more than 2 hours to around 40 minutes. o Performed time study and root cause analysis to define and solve for the problems. o Developed a JIG Design to help installing and aligning the dies to the machine. o Applied Six Sigma Tool and used Minitab to develop a statistical process control to monitored and improve the manufacturing process. o Rearranged the facility layouts to eliminate the waste of movement during change-over.
