      During this 20 year span of time, I was grew to be in General Management and Leadership. While going through many chairs along the way, it was understood that high performance was required and gaining greater responsibility as time went on was a mandate. In 1986 I was rewarded by being promoted to VP of the After Market Business and ran that segment until 1990. I was then promoted to VP of Sales and Marketing for two years. In 1992 I took on additional responsibility and became responsible for Logistics, Tele Services, and Scheduling for North America. In 1995 I was promoted to General Manager, Managing Director, and VP of Whirlpool in the Peoples Republic of China, residing in Shanghai, China. I held that position until May of 1999 and then repatriated back the USA and retired from Whirlpool. Show less
