Hanin joined my team and quickly proved to be a hard-working, smart, fast-learning and hands-on marketing assistant. She was able to learn quickly and kept taking on more and more tasks as she proved that she deserved all the recognition and awards being granted to her. I completely entrusted her with a fidelity program of more than 100,000 active users that she was able to grow and improve within a relatively short period of time! She was even able to handle the entire department's responsibilities while I was away and travelling for extended periods of time. Hanin was very proactive, motivated and devoted to whatever she did.
