  DESIGN GLOVE PRODUCTION LINE (DOUBLE FORMER, NATURAL GAS, 34,000 PCS/HOUR PER LINE Proposal Stage - Initiate selection of glove product and target quantity - Analyse market demand for the product for the region, and quantity Design Stage (Administration) - Build and lead a team for procurement and sourcing of the suppliers - Submit specific design required for the production line to the suppliers for quotations - Conduct tender bidding to be awarded to the suppliers - Determine the budget for the project Design Stage (Engineering) - Specify type of heating sources for the production line (Thermo Oil, Steam, Natural Gas) - Specify structure and process needed for the production line - Plan the structural design of the production line - Estimate the consumption of the production line (Compressed Air, Natural Gas, Water, Chiller & Electricity - Selections of instruments for the production line. - P&ID for the chemical processing facility. - Conduct custom 3 D design for the chemical facility - Simulate the process in ANSYS - Selection of chemicals and chemicals vendor to be supplied Procurement Stage - Initiate weekly meetings with engineering team, consultant and suppliers for weekly and monthly - Sign off for every purchase and agreement to avoid miscommunication and collect evidence - Supplier plant visit to ensure product are accepted and fabricated as designed. - Discussed and designed parts of production line to be delivered by containers. - Agreed on logistics for date of delivery and any delay due to COVID. Building Stage. - Conduct meetings with all the suppliers, contractors on site weekly and monthly. Approximately, 16 contractors and total of 154 man powers involved. - Create specific job scope for all parties involved. - Personal inspection by myself to ensure each and everything are according to the plan. - Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for all the materials received.
