- Lead and manage a professionally qualified team of engineers, technicians and craftsmen and outsourcing partners to maintain facilities of all properties owned by Mohamed Omer Bin Haider Group, insuring industry standards are met and customer satisfied. - Following up all maintenance works for the owner's own properties like palaces, villas, farms, etc. whether it’s plumbing, electrical, civil or major renovation projects. - Ensure a preventive maintenance program is carried out on a routine basis, to increase longevity of each the property. - Minimize the total maintenance cost which includes the cost of repair, cost of preventive maintenance and inventory carrying costs, due to spare parts inventory. - Discuss and coordinate with MOBH leasing department on day –to-day issue to maintain MOBH properties’ good reputation. (All units, commercial, residential, Hotels, offices, S/Rooms, villas, schools… etc.) . - Direct and coordinate the operations and activities of physical plant maintenance and provide engineering consulting services, surveys and recommendations to all departments. - Improve the quality of services in order to improve our customer satisfaction and company’s reputation. - Guide and motivate employees to ensure department objectives are achieved. - Innovate, develop and implement new technologies (example: energy and water saving / Building Maintenance System... etc.) to save and reduce cost. - Contract with and oversee the activities of various contractors and consultant for fulfillment of facility engineering responsibilities. - Visit the sites and supervise the quality of work to meet utmost customer satisfaction. - Prepare and approve the department budget with sufficient resources to achieve the company’s objectives. - Approve and sign all LPO’S, cash and credit invoices. - Continuously provide EHSQ awareness to all the Group staff on best practices, new maintenance services …etc. Show less
