  Working in Selfridge's has given me the opportunity of perfecting my existing skills. Working for the online team, I have developed an exceptional level of service via both telephone and email communication to both customers and internal departments within the company. This role has allowed me to enhance my customer services skills in an office based environment as well improving my computer and telephone skills.
