• Preparing Material Safety Data Sheets both for products and raw materials with the authority given by the certificate of TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) • Preparing Technical Data Sheets, Flyers, Brochures, Presentations about the technical usage of the whole product range • Being aware of up-to-date Turkish and European Regulations concerning chemical safety • Responsible for Classification, Labelling and Packaging of products by using warehouse software • Responsible for packaging of local and export transportation in line with ADR, IMDG, IATA Regulations • Determining Customs Tariff Numbers for export products • Monitoring up-to-date regulations: MSDS, REACH, SEVESO, Inventory and Control of Chemicals, Biocidal Products Regulation etc. • Managing the systematical follow up of REACH procedures and being in cooperation with the CHT head office who is the Only Representative • Registration the Inventory of the Chemicals into the software system of Ministry of Environment according to our local By-Law on Inventory and Control of Chemicals • Registration the Inventory of the Chemicals into the software system of Ministry of Environment according to SEVESO Directive • Applying to Ministry of Health for authorization of biocidal products and managing authorization process • Managing all the legal obligations related with Ministry of Environment: ÇED, Environmental certificate, waste management etc. • Managing the duties and enrichment procedures related with Occupational Health and Safety: risk analysis, emergency action plans, trainings, fire drill etc. • Responding requests coming from customers concerning the international or local standards such as Oeko-Tex, IKEA, BLUESIGN, GOTS.
