Cepi worked with me as a Co-worker in Dining Room assistant at Costa Cruise from 2008-2010 His responsibilities included maintaining customer service, service excellent in fine dining restaurant operation, attention to detail, and well arrange person, in addition to some clerical duties. During the course of his employment, Cepi proved himself to be an able employee, a hard worker, and a talented dining room personnel. I was quite impressed by Cepi ability to complete all work assigned to him, if not before it was due. His work was always thorough and comprehensive, and his fact checking always accurate. I was very proud when he was accepted to continue his study at Griffith University in Australia. Overall, Cepi is a very conscientious and able employee. I certainly believe he has what it takes to make successful hospitality workers and student someday. I strongly recommend Cepi for any mid-level position in hospitality management.
