I had the pleasure of working with Hanan and her team during a year long engagement related to coaching me and other DKT leadership. We worked on issues around vision and mission but also values-based behaviors. Her approach was supportive and practical and resulted in both me being a stronger professional and DKT doing a better job of articulating and communicating our corporate values. Thank you Hanan.

Hanan served as a member of my Women’s Leadership Forum Advisory Board since 2019. This board is an important member and contributor to the prestigious Global P&G Alumni Network. Hanan is a highly principled and thoughtful leader. She is a master in developing detailed strategies and action plans. Her skills and contributions were integral to our Women’s Leadership Forum DE&I strategy planning and development work over the past 3 years. Having Hanan as a member of my board was truly a blessing, not only to the WLF, but also to the entire P&G alumni network. I wish her much success in her future endeavors. I know she will continue to deliver breakthrough results in all she does.

I have worked and learned a lot from Hanan over several years starting 2003 when she facilitated an unforgettable transformational course "People Supporting People PSP" designed to change life long paradigms and foster diversity and inclusion. She encouraged me to join the course a junior facilitator and helped and coached me through the years to become a course dean through we designed process that she saw to every step of the way. Hanan has an excellent balance between process discipline and outcome effectiveness which ensures adherence to the process while being very sensitive to individual people needs. Hanan has a broad career scope which gives her excellent business understanding with multidisciplinary teams. Hanan enjoys exemplary communication skills built on genuine respect and interest for all individuals. Finally, I witnessed Hanan lead the diversity program in the region from scratch all the way to becoming a program that touched the daily lives of the employees and the people around them. Career Reboot
-
Sep 2018 - Aug 2019
I've shown risk-taking over the span of my career; and people have said they admire me for continuing to jump into the unknown. This period of renewal was quite busy and led me on an exciting and unexpected trajectory - proving that job- and company switching aren't just for 30-year olds (!): * Guest speaker in a global YouTube interview: New Cultural Business Agility. * Guest speaker in a live, global podcast: Blog Talk Radio's Life Lessons - Mentoring Monday * Advised CEOs and business leaders of two non-profits/start-ups on growth plans, funding pitches, and D&I/HR policies, processes and practices. * Authored a chapter on the topics of personal congruency and passion for a colleague's future book release on women business leadership. * Provided insights and thought-leadership on D&I for a colleague's future book release on women's empowerment. * Created outlines for two of my own future business book releases. * Enrolled in HRCI and SHRM learnings/certifications/resources. * Increased my professional network nearly five-fold. Connected and conversed with numerous accomplished and fascinating business/HR/D&I leaders from around the world. * Read several books on psychology, diversity & inclusion and leadership.
