During this time, Hana implemented processes, automated daily tasks, and ensured efficiency without sacrificing correctness. She not only is a self-motivator but also is able to motivate and energize those working alongside her. She made the work seem effortless, remained calm in stressful situations but had the appropriate sense of urgency to resolve the situation, and answered all client questions with thoroughness and confidence.
