Managing project called Defending the rights of women in Czech republic.The aim of the project is to enhance equal opportunities of women and men on institutional level, in the labour market, in family and also in society.We will carry out following steps in order to achieve the goal:- enforce adoption of at least 2 legislative measures in the field of equal opportunities, based upon analysis and monitoring of activities of the government and the Parliament - set up a Gender experts `chamber, which will serve as a platform for cooperation with the government and as an advisory body in the field of equal opportunities - enforce a ratification of at least 1 international treaty in the field of equal opportunities and women’s rights, which has not been adopted yet- enforce adoption of legislation improving reproductive rights of women and legal status of birth assistants - increase awareness of both parents, birth assistants and doctors in the field of legislation by organising campaigns, conferences and publishing manuals - increase media coverage on equal opportunities by organising campaigns, happenings and second Women’s Congress - build new partnerships between different stakeholders in the field of equal opportunities

Woking as a methodologist (methodical support) in the process of community planning of social services in the central bohemia region. The community planning of social services (CPSS) method focuses at planning the development of social services at a local and regional level. CPSS ensures the effective functioning of social services and allows for the efficient use of funds. The goal is to provide accessible services at a level of higher-quality, which respond to the current needs of users and are transparent, with funding allotted only to those services which are really needed etc.In my work I use my sociological knowledge – using methods of qualitative and quantitative researche.

Agora CE is NGO focused on improving communication between politicians and public to strengthen the process of democratization of our society. I worked there for almost 7 years as project manager and established successful debate program called 'Student Agora'. With the team of lectors I co-ordinated the contest at 32 high schools in CR and organized national debating finals. I started working in Agora during my university studies and as well worked as sociologist on projects involving community planning, planning social services, public research etc. I developed my communications skills and lectured many seminars, mainly about communication and debating. I worked as fundraiser sustaining the Student Agora project and helped with fundraising other projects within Agora CE.
