Denso Ten. April 2016 – December 2021 Car infotainment products main factory, Oyama, Japan 2019- 2021 Moved to factory as production controller. Generating production master plan for Denso Ten’s new car-infotainment systems models and planning mass production models’ production schedule. ● Scheduling monthly production trial plan of new car-infotainment models ● Follow trial plan, call upon all people concerned when problems occurred, and adjust the plan ● Reporting to management about production trial plan in APQP meeting of each project ● Communication with various departments (engineering, manufacturing, buyers, quality, etc) ● Holding meetings with production management to discuss increase and decrease of production volume (e.g., change of 1 shift to 2 shift, vice versa) ● Coordinating China (Wuxi) Factory’s new model development schedule ● Planning mass production DCUs’ production plan (4 times/ month for 6 months) ● Planning mass production DCUs’ daily-basis monthly plan and share it with all people concerned ● Planning production with materials and headcount to meet deadlines ● Controlling product’s ECO (Engineering Change Order) ● Controlling product’s EOL based on customer’s remaining forecast ● Overseas travel required (Mexico mainly) to address parts delivering issues.
