Translated colorimetric assays into a handheld spectroscopic device in the field with potential applications for rapid drug analysis. Assisted in the spread of education designed to increase colorectal screenings through audiovisuals, and tailored interventions of interventions in Harris Health clinics. Helped recruit patients for clinical trials, such as those related to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD); created information for patients about clinical research; revised IRB protocols; and shadowed physicians and professors as they interviewed patients currently involved in Tardive Dyskinesia (TD) studies.
