Hana Slepičková je nejlepší HR seniorní parťák, kterého jsem kdy poznala. Než jsem Hanku poznala měla jsem o HR velmi zkreslené a negativní představy. Oceňuji velmi, že je Hanka vybavena znalostně a umí tedy rychle odborně poradit, ale také si umí jít vyhrnout rukávy a zamakat v provozech. Umí vést velké změny a dotahovat je. Má velký cit při výběru kandidátů. Já osobně jsem nejvíce ocenila její přítomnost v těžkých krizových situacích, které jsem musela řešit. U těch působila jako mediátor, opora vždy měla připraveno mnoho variant, jak můžeme postupovat. Umí se přizpůsobovat rychle podle situace, což je v provozech nedocenitelná dovednost. Hanku mohu skutečně jen doporučit. Je to ryzí diamant a že je s ní legrace je jen bonus ❤️

Hanku velmi obdivuji nejen jako výbornou HR manažerku, ale také jako skvělého člověka a parťáka. Dokázala sestavit perfektně fungující tým, o který se obdivuhodně starala. Díky ní jsem vlastně poprvé poznal moderní verzi HR, kdy byla partnerem pro business a pomáhala řídit velké projekty. Zároveň má velký cit pro detail, zajímá se o lidi kolem a neváhá nabídnout pomoc. Charakterizuje ji pracovitost, pozitivní přístup, férovost a empatie. Za více jak rok spolupráce jsem se toho od ní stihl naučit opravdu hodně. Je mi ctí, že jsem s ní mohl spolupracovat.
