  I have been in charge of all legal and financial aspects of the company. I manage bank accounts making payments to suppliers and clients. I also produce annual accounting documents keeping a diligent record of all payments made in and out (cash and electronically). I also work with accountants to have these accounts audited and sent appropriately to Companies House. The main legal work that I undertake is regarding the sale & purchase contracts between Osman Consulting and clients, suppliers, and service contracts with consultants etc.

  In the roles of Project manager and procurement officer, I have had a number of demanding tasks, varying from producing detailed accounts documents and dealing with accountants to producing detailed product catalogues for clients in both Arabic and English. In addition to working on forming new client relationships as well as maintaining existing relationships with clients and suppliers. In my capacity at Osman Consulting I also had the experience of leading a team to Myanmar (Burma) in 2014 and 2015 for projects which saw us work in refugee villages providing shelters and food packages working for UK, French, Qatari and American charity clients. In addition to this I used my legal academic background to conduct various legal tasks for Osman consulting including legal research, forming and negotiating contracts and conducting due diligence checks.
