Translates organisation vision and Divisional/Functional strategy into operational deliverables and provides tactical leadership and consultants to achieve positive results for the department. Work with the Finance team to plan, meet or exceed annual expense ratio targets. Help to ensure that Group Finance has put in place all the appropriate policies, practices and systems required to optimise the management of expenses for the company. Develop cost-effective real estate. Implement real estate strategies to minimise financial impact while optimising operating expenses for Vision-Ary.
