My duties and responsibilities as a Project Engineer are: -Create Work pack and ensure required permits are in place for work crew -Originate , Execute and complete Jobs at CCMS -Maintaining, filing and archiving relevant quality records. -Assist in Safety audits on the appropriate form and rectify all outstanding issues found -Assist in Quality Audits utilising correct forms and rectify outstanding issues. -Document non-conformances (NCR’s) and ensure corrective action is effective. -Create, implement and maintain Inspection Test Plan’s (ITP’s) -Do all necessary inspections in line with design and contract specifications -Material take-off’s and checking against contract documents -Create, submit and respond to Technical Queries (TQ’s) as required and maintain TQ register up to date -Assist the Contract Administrator in assessing sub-contractor progress claims -Assist the Contract Administrator in presenting monthly progress claims to the client -Assist together with the Project Manager & Contract Administrator to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documentation, and Company standards and procedures. -Demonstrate a commitment to on site safety and environmental control by ensuring compliance with Project Risk Analysis & JHAs and stopping unsafe/incorrect work practices whenever spotted. -Liaising with the client’s engineers / professional team in conjunction with the ADENCO Project Manager -Participate in scheduled training
