Bio
Vithushanaa Sangaralingam
I had the pleasure of working with Hamshaa, a senior staff member and a great co-worker. Hamshaa was not only a mentor to me, but she was always supportive and approachable. I could go to her with any questions and she was always willing to help. Hamshaa has exceptional leadership skills and she demonstrated this by engaging with children and youth ages 5-18. She led various activities like swimming, arts, field trips, gym, and cooking. She facilitated active and entertaining sessions of art and fitness with children ages 6-14. Hamshaa's creativity and innovation were evident as she worked on special do-it-yourself projects and introduced ideas using weekly themes. Hamshaa's contribution to youth training cannot be overemphasized. She provided youth training for students in grade 7-9, creating opportunities for young people to participate in activities such as spa days, outdoor activities, art workshops, cooking segments, staff movie/dinner, and other activities that fostered creativity, teamwork, and leadership skills. Hamshaa is an exceptional individual. Her skills, experience, and dedication are qualities that are hard to come by. I highly recommend Hamshaa for any position that she may be applying for. She is truly an asset to any team that she joins.
