I work as an academic staff of the department by engaging in the following activities; • Teaching National Certificate of Education (NCE) students courses such as Agricultural Development, Policy and Finance, Animal Nutrition, Fish Production and Agricultural Biology • Designing course material for the award of NCE certificate in agricultural education using the minimum standard as approved by the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) • Serves as the acting project coordinator by leading the final year project coordination team of the department • Acts as the level advisor to the NCE 3 students thereby solving their academic and emotional needs • Monitoring the academic progress of the students in general studies education, and giving appropriate advice • Monitoring the conduct of project by the students and advising them on steps to take in order to deliver a quality final year project • Serves as a member of the college central project committee, thereby developing final year project framework for the college. • Monitoring the impact of Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme by visiting the community centres and grading the students according to the standard laid down procedures.
