Hammad came on board the Brightstar Accessories Supply Chain Team that I managed at a time when it was severely under resourced in terms of manpower and IT systems. But he managed to excel in this role by exhibiting the highest levels of productivity and adaptability in an extremely complex environment dominated by very demanding stake holders. Hammad’s biggest strength is his "can do" attitude while taking on all tasks with a positive energy and a smile. The Mobile Accessories business that Hammad helped manage the Demand Planning for comprised of about 1000 SKUs and around 30 vendors across the globe. Planning for these products was extremely challenging due to the short product life cycle and the long lead time to source. This business was also serving some very demanding customers. Hammad embraced all of the complexities and made a huge positive impact by helping reduce Aged Inventory and improving on DIFOT. Hammad possess all the intangibles required for success in a workplace and I am grateful to him for all of his contributions to the business while working in my team.
