* Borrowing/placement in the call market against money market limits approved by Banks / Financial institutions for meeting short term liquidity and profitability needs of the company. * Placement of funds, under approved limits through letter of placements and or short term profitable instruments of reputable financial institutions, having active participation in the money market. * Placement of funds through reverse Repos against security of shares, TFCs, bank guarantees and other debt instruments, and also through discounting of promissory notes/ commercial papers and other securities. * Checking of Brokerage paid to the Brokers, on monthly basis. * Trading and investment in government securities and other corporate TFCs, in the primary as well as secondary market, taking benefit from interest rate movements, and to maintain a minimum level needed to comply with regulatory requirements * Actively involved in placement of funds with commercial banks in daily product accounts and TDRs. * Monitoring of account opening procedures for issuance of Certificates of Investment as per KYC policy. * Foreign currency swaps with well reputed banks at very competitive rates. * Preparation and submission of documents to SECP pertaining to charge creation, up- gradation, amendment and vacation against book debts and receivables * Coordination with different existing creditors for processing and payment of mark-up/principal installments against term finance facilities. * Preparation of Budget. * Preparation of agenda for Asset Liability Management Committee (ALCO). * Preparation and submission of monthly report providing details of WAC and WAR along with average amount.
