Community skills Football coach

The Community Skills Coach role involved coaching football to children between the ages of 4-16 throughout the West London region. Pre academy sessions, soccer schools and the pay and play programme were delivered by myself or as part of a team. These programmes enabled us to also identify and refer talented players to the QPR academy. My role as Site Manager involved keeping children between the years of 3 – 15 active through sporting activity and games. I was responsible for the planning, preparing and delivering of the UK curriculum PE lessons, plus before, lunch time and after school clubs. To assist in the delivery of these sessions I managed a staff of 3-10 co-workers. I was assistant coach of the Under 13 Crystal Palace ladies football team. My roles involved planning and preparing weekly training sessions designed around the philosophy of the Football club.
