I have to say, Hamish is an evangelist in Agile/Scrum methodologies who loves to cater for lean and proficient development process, in which I as a developer, benefit for. His defined, standardized, lean process has helped me and my colleguage boost our productivity to maximum level, to deliver our work in a highest quality possible. I can't recommend Hamish highly enough......10/10 client/manager !
