SEGULA attends in 30 countries and 12,000 employees are working in 140 sites and 30 branch offices.My position was, as Iran Country Manager (Branch manager). We stablished Iran Branch Office in Aug/2017. We participated in many engineering projects in IRANKHODRO & SAIPA (2 Big Iranian Automakers) and many Part suppliers in automotive industries in Iran.

Management of dealership network (700 dealers and repair shops in all points of country) and spare parts supply are the key roles of this company. Employee quantity of ISACO is about 1600. 12 regional management offices are working in provinces. Also 1200 spare parts shops are working under supervision of ISACO. ISACO is a company responsible for after sale services of IRANKHODRO CO products. My position was Vice President and member of board. Personnel quantity: 70 Scopes of activities were:-Launch management of new products in stamping and body shop, defect investigation and analysis for preproduction phase -Launch management of new products in paint and final assembly shop, quality defect analyzes for preproduction phase.-Technical support of all project team members and conduct concurrent engineering process in project.-Some project based positions:1- D7 Body project manager, this project target was to renewal all stamping parts of Peugeot 405 Cars. 2-L90 Launch manager, the aim of this project was industrialization of Renault L90 product by a joint tem of IRANKHODRO & Renault.3-Runna product Launch manager, this was an IRANKHODRO branded car.

  Position: Quality engineering general manager in NPD department Two principal engineers were reporting to me. I reported to product design deputy. Personnel quantity: 45Our scope of activities was:-Implement of quality techniques in design phase to prevent defect happening on production of prototypes and real mass production lines. These techniques were: DFMEA, GD&T, DFM and QFD.We used a problem solving management system called PIR (Problem Investigation Request) .All technical issues on new designed parts should have been traced in this system.
