The foundations of any successful organisation are its people and in an increasingly competitive global market place, the need to attract, retain and develop talent is crucial. At Additional Resources you will find a group of energetic and proactive people, who are constantly seeking out and meeting talented professionals across various industry sectors. This gives us a strategic and operational advantage as we are continuously growing our talent pool of people. We play multiple roles by finding where the talent lies, profiling their experience, advising and guiding people and attracting them to our clients. By understanding the background, culture and future direction of our clients, we are ideally positioned to make successful introductions, whether in a permanent, contract or temporary capacity. Additional Resources has a large team of Recruitment Associates, all of whom have established a base in different parts of the UK. We provide resourcing services in search and contingency recruitment. We operate a temp desk employing in excess of 250 professionals, ranging from IT, secretarial, legal, medical, HR, accounting and general commercial. We operate a national database of candidates for permanent, contract and temporary recruitment, this database has 135,000 registered candidates. Our fees are very competitive, particularly in a PSL arrangement. Show less
