J’ai eu la chance de travailler avec Hamedine lorsque j’étais à l’emploi de Bombardier Aéronautique, et également lors de mon passage récent chez Symbotic Canada. J’ai été très impressionné par sa capacité à planifier, organiser et structurer des activités qui a priori semblaient chaotiques. J’ai eu l’opportunité à de multiples occasions de le voir mettre des processus en place afin d’opérationnaliser une stratégie. Il occupait, tant chez Bombardier que chez Symbotic, un poste qui nécessitait une compréhension très « top level » des objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise, mais qui en même temps devait tenir compte des impératifs de production et des variabilités typique du « day to day ». Je crois que dans les deux cas, il a su structurer les activités en tenant compte des intérêts de chaque, afin de maximiser les résultats. Je vous recommande donc fortement de le rencontrer pour comprendre à quel point il pourrait créer de la valeur pour votre entreprise.
