I’ve had the pleasure not only work with Hamed for since 2018 but also be the program manager of a project in which Hamed is my team lead. The environment is challenging in that it encompasses multiple people in many locations spanning nine time zones. It also encompasses every business unit in our company within the core team. As the team lead, Hamed is charged with all our technical development efforts, including be not limited to, systems implementation, integration to other systems, technical process enforcement, data and privacy/security protection, testing and deployment. Under Hamed’s leadership, his team delivers on all fronts. This includes understanding the business process and systems requirements. They work hand-in-hand with the business units to not just program the requirements, but to understand what the business requires. He has worked with me in managing budget projections and adjusting timelines for executive presentations as needed. We are a global organization and as such communication is extremely important.
