  Main responsibilities:- Ensure on-call process during non-working hours.- Provide full technical support to the field engineers.- Create and configure sites in Ericsson BSCs using CNA or WinFiol.- HW/SW Operation and Maintenance for Huawei BSS equipments (BSCs and sites).- Supervise the Installation, commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of PDH/SDH Microwave equipments (NEC and RTN).- Create and configure sites in Huawei BSCs using LMT and M2000.- Prepare and implement sites re-homing between BSCs in addition to assure the coherence of data.- Implement the extension of the existing network nodes. - Perform “work orders” and “change requests” raised by Radio planning Dept. using the appropriate application such as (LMT, WinFiol or CNA).- Perfume preventive maintenance (daily and weekly) for Huawei and Ericsson BSCs.- Prepare work plans and implement the work of sites/links swap for capacity upgrades to ensure minimum service outages. - Verify installation quality for new links/sites and pre-commissioning checks.- Supervise the installation, commissioning and integration of different BSS elements (BSC, PCU, TRAU and BTS)- HW/SW for Huawei BSS upgrades, for instance upgrade from 6000V900900R001C03 to BSC6900V900R011C00SPC750 for many Huawei BSCs.- Study validate for any new software releases before the implementation.- Perform and test products integration in network sites to provide final technical acceptances.- Supervise subcontractors of installation and commissioning work.- Roll-out project of implementation plans (preparation and supervising).
