  Key Project: Dubai International Airport improvement Phase IExpansion of Nadd Al Hammar / Beirut Roads Tunnel (DAIP)The Project comprises the construction of approximately 2 kms of tunnel by cut and cover method in association with the reconstruction of both junctions at the North and South Sides including the construction of three Bridges, two of a length 200m and a third of 400m. The tunnel will replace Rashedeya Road in which all Utilities with the corridor had to be diverted accordingly. The Project will also include the Construction of Roadway, Signage Landscaping, Street Lighting Irrigation and Drainage Systems, Relocation of Utilities and all activities related to the tunnel safety such as Fire Detection and Alarm System, Variable Message Sign, Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detection System, Closed Circuit Television System as well as Ventilation System.

Rehabilitation of five existing buildings, a new control tower, 16 km of new taxiways, an underpass and extensive runway lighting. All buildings include full state-of-the-art electro-mechanical systems.Controlling & coordinating the execution of the following work packages using a large construction crew of craftsmen of various trades and laborers:  Casting and erection of all precast units requires for the cladding of buildings. Main terminal and the underpasses posttensioning precast work for the a/head bridges. Road works with related hard and soft scraping leading to the main terminal. Building and to the various airport facilities with the surrounding parking lots. Road works for section 2, section 3, underpasses forming the main OUZAI. Highway with the related a/head bridges.Construction of the east wing of the main terminal with full finishes in coordination with all disciplines.
