Henrik Ingo
I reported to Harri at Sesca Technologies, where I was managing a team of 20+ engineers, and combined the teams reporting to Harri were above 50+. In addition to building these teams (mostly from scratch), we together handled the acquisition of Almitas Oy, a small software company in Turku. Harri was also responsible for building the near-shore site in Romania. Harri is a very intelligent leader who can quickly elaborate on the available strategic alternatives, and recommend one. He is dynamic, focuses on the relevant things and getting things done. As I was still fairly young at this time myself, Harri's leadership was very important to me personally.
