In 2021, we launched Rumbo - a mobile app that gave commuters, relying on public transport, a real-time view of how to move around their cities and, ultimately, to arrive at their destination. In 2022, we wanted to revise our structures and practices to better support a successful B2C product. Working closely with the C-suite, we introduced a radically new structure at WhereIsMyTransport - moving to fully-integrated, cross-functional squads & dividing the company into two distinct B2C & B2B divisions.
