Brad was aware of EVERYTHING. (I wished I picked up this skill when I worked along side of him; I would like to think I have it now). He saw the total landscape of what was going on in the project planning of the software we were both working to improve. He worked next to the product developers, and I worked next to the agents taking the support phone calls. SO MANY times I pushed too far (or presented the wrong message in presentations) and if I had listened to Brad (or even collaborated with him before), diplomacy would have been better, and there would bee less scars on my hide.

Brad worked for me on escalations for Payments Solutions at Intuit. I knew of his reputation, and had worked with him before, so I was pleased when he joined my team. I found Brad to be a creative, outgoing, customer focused and diligent partner and problem solver. Together we created a functioning escalations team and improved resolution time significantly. I am proud to have worked with Brad. I would love to have him on my team again in the future.
