We are working towards a future society where there will be more inclusion and diversity in the tech sector. We need more female representation in the tech industry and we are striving to reduce related inequalities that most women face in this age of technology and globalization. With adequate training, education, and awareness, women will be able to permeate the tech sector in no time and contribute to the society and economy. Economic empowerment for women and Gender equality is our mission.

Cultural Home-stay International is a non-profit cultural exchange organization that sends students to other countries for volunteering, Au pair and cultural exchange purposes. Students get a chance to experience different culture through home-stays where one can learn English in exchange of their language/culture. I went to Osaka, Japan in 2014-2015 and stayed with a wonderful family with whom i am still in touch with. I taught English to kids from different grades at home. My host family in return provided me with accommodation, food and constant love. My host family planned trips for me and my students parents took me to different cities to explore different cultures. I was fortunate to visit Hiroshima, Nara, Tokyo and other cities where i learned a lot about Japanese Culture and history. Show less
