You may have heard things about the odd relationships between a dev and a QA, but if you are a QA person, you would be obliged to work with Halil. A "genius" at his work and a one stop solution for all my queries. Always eager and humble to help and accepting feedbacks with open arms in order to built a robust product. Never shies away from going an extra mile to get the work done. You ought to have him in your team if you are looking to hire the best talents around the globe.

Had the pleasure of working together with Halil at Whitespectre for a duration of 3 years, where we managed to collaborate on several different projects and on various teams during that time. While I'm not directly qualified when it comes to assessing Halil's development skills as a Software Engineer, indirectly I can say this. From what I've seen and heard from fellow developers and technical leaders, which both me and Halil worked with. It's clear to me that Halil is a very gifted individual when it comes to developing / coding, both in terms of code quality and productive velocity. He's also very engaged and eager to learn / achieve the goals that are set in front of him. Halil's greatest traits (from my point of view) as a developer and a human being are, his soft skills, humbleness, and respectfulness towards others peoples opinion and culture. The soft skills makes the task of collaborating with Halil as easy as breathing air into your lungs. And that's just not my own opinion, I've got this exact feedback from a lot of other people that have experience from collaborating with Halil. Hi is a very very kind individual, both on meetings and in face-to-face situations as well. You always get the impression that Halil was raised in a family with great respect for the soft and humane skills that every single one of us as a standard thing, should posses. Being humble and respectful as a person, kicks in while you're talking / having discussions with him. He listens so very well to other people's thought and ideas before making an assessment of the situation, or presenting his idea for the problem / task at hand. When Halil says that he's gonna do something, he does it and that's that. No fuzz, no back and forth (unless more explaining needs to be done), he just gets on top of things and solves whatever problem/issue/task it might be. Working remotely is something that Halil does flawlessly. He's punctual, pays attention on the team meetings and contributes to discussions when / where he is able to. Understands all the basic stuff really well, like for example the online presence of oneself, and how to "do" that in a good manner. A pleasure to have him on any team meeting. During our 3 years of working together, Halil has demonstrated that he understands and enacts upon everything with regards to the Agile methodology (Scrum framework) which we used in the organisation, and with our (client) teams. The dedication of getting the job done from Halil's side, made the day-to-day work a breeze for his colleges. All in all, an awesome team player. Superb communicator when it comes to the everyday (online) communication, be it with the internal or the client / stakeholder team. I have no doubt in my mind that Halil would be a huge asset to any (Scrum) team / organisation. Especially when it comes to remote work since, in that field he has accumulated a lot of experience, and knows how to perform it really well. All the best and hope to work
